If it has no trailer, did it spend its life in the water during the summer months.

Don't know, but likely has a neural interior - no green leather - big plus on resale and easier on the eyes.

You could email the guy selling it to see, looks great if it was in the water.

Thanks... I am now looking at 1996-1999 26 foot WellCraft Scarabs instead. Do you know where some of those are with single 502's? Close to Michigan?

nope I'm a Formula guy lol

Word of warning on the Wellcraft, the company that made it is out of business. Four-Winns bought the molds and restarted the company in 2008-2010.

Cannot get factory parts for anything at all. I just bought my Formula 280SS last November, had a 2003 Wellcraft 210 Center Console. Was not able to get ANYTHING for the Wellcraft from the factory, even decals. The factory has no info at all either, they can't provide any technical assistance, unless it's the one they made.

Formula will get you pretty much anything you need and knows everything about everything on their boast, best move I made in boat ownership!

Here is my concern with the Formulas... The older Formulas have wood floors and the Scarab did not. The transom on the scarab is the only thing that has wood. PLus, I like the Lines of the scarab. They look cool.. I like the Formulas... I like the Fastech... But they are out of my league in Price. I only have around 25,000.00 to spend. I am very picky and anal. I don't want a boat that has spend its life in the water. I want one that is garage kept. I want a 96 or newer boat.. I huess I am still open to a Formula, but I have not seen one that I want yet.

This one intrigued me, but hate the colors and its a little to old.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-27-Form...wer_Motorboats
