Default Bolsters in a 1988 223 LS?

Has anyone ever tried putting McLeod style bolsters in a 223? Mine is a 1988.

Although not listed as factory option, seems like easy mod to me. You can always call Formula factory, Vintage dept. and they can verify the fitment.
They are very easy to install and legs can be modified easily if height adjustment is required. My only concern is if they put the aluminum plate in floorboard for securement.
If not there was a thread a couple of weeks ago on work arounds.
Good luck.

The bolsters are great, in a 223 I do think it will be a tight fit these, seat are big. But if you can find a pair go for it.

Hello I'm new to the forum but I would like to tell all Boaters who have had a McLeod Designed interior. That recently we here at HRT have purchased the Mcleod Design Group, we are currently available for any updates to your interiors or new interiors sorry for the delay. Many banks and legal issues had to be solved before going forward I hope we can help all our offshore Powerboat friends in bringing the high quality of Mcleod interiors back under the new Name of HRT. We have retained all of the interior components and personal to continue making great high class interiors, thank you and sorry for the delay. For updates to interiors contact me, here on the forum or please feel free to call.

Sincerely
