The Mrs was on the internet looking at 400SSs all the way home from the marina today. Give me two or three years and I bet we'll have one. Might be able to do it with the Denali (11 miles to the ramp from storage) but the storage guy can do it for us also.

We LOVE ours. Great boat and a good compromise between speed and comfort. We are out on it right now.........and I've been trolling the web all afternoon looking at newer ones with diesels and a hardtop

I'd love the disels also. Not sure we're ready for teh hart top yet, but you never know.

The search is part of the fun.

Just towed one from Lake St.Clair Mi to Chicago on an aluminum manning trailer. Towed great behind an F350 with 7.3 diesel. With 4:10 gear. 7.3mpg at 60mph
