Can someone explain how to get the old light out of that housing, i gave up because i knew i would break it.

so, do you access the light bulb by removing the Phillips head screws on the housing on the outside of the hull?

No you go thru the cabin you should have an access panel in the front

Okay...I will try to find the access from inside.
I'm assuming I must remove some inside coverings/liners on a 311
