Measure what you need and go with a Yeti.

+1 AO is the best to fit under the bolsters. It is what we use...won't damage your boat...very convenient.

+2 on AO coolers. We got the carbon series silver and for $10 more our last name embroided in the side in purple to match the boat. It is 24 pack size and easily fits under the bolster. Not sure if the next size up will fit.

If you not looking to break the bank an igloo cube cooler fits nicely.

I have a 28zx and a Yeti Roadie fits snuggly under the bolster seats, no worries that it will bounce/slide out.

I have a giant Orca that I put under there for long weekends. Usually just bring my little cheap igloo and use my fridge.
