Thanks Aquaforce,
I tried but its through a broker and the the broker does not want to give up this information. He is stating that I contact the owner directly and by pass him.
The boat has no records or service history according to him. I find this strange. I also, this is making it it a little hard since I'm about 1500 miles away.
He has been a little hesitant in providing additional information. He wants me to enter a service agreement.
I am not liking the customer service so far.

If the broker has the boat listed and the owner has signed a proper listing agreement, all the broker has to do is register your name with the owner. If you subsequently buy the boat, the broker is entitled to his full commission even if you go direct to the owner.
Sounds like he hasn't got a listing agreement in place and he's protecting his brokerage fee. Not really wrong, just a bit harder for you to get more info.
I'd push the broker and say direct you're interested, not trying to back-door you, just want to know more about the history.
Boat looks nice, worth pursuing, may even be someone on here who lives nearby can swing past one day. I've seen members kindly offer to help before if they're in the area.

I would gladly look it over, but we won't be back down to LOTO for a few weeks or more. Reach out to the guys at MWBP to see if someone local can check it out.
