Question 353's with 496 or 5254's - measurments needed

Hey guys,

I've added 496 manifolds to my 502's. They will work, buy need to move the hatch lift and possibly make it longer.

Can someone give me a few measurements?

1) transom to rear lift mounting bolt
2) Rear of hatch to rear mounting bolt of the mount on the hatch (same surface the mount sits on - not the very back of the hatch)
3) Overall length of lift fully extended.
4) length of extension tube on the lift (piece that is bolted onto the lift)
** 5) Bonus Question, on a 496 - how long is the piece of 4" stainless between the riser and transom - looks like they use that from the factory to keep from burning holes too?

Trying to do this the first time, without trial and error. Old Saltwater boats like to fight change (needless to say - eat money), in the worst ways imaginable

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated!

My lift currently sits near the transom and wont work there.
