Default F252 SS Dead Battery

I have been looking at a 94 F252 SS to purchase , I guess either the Batteries are Shot or I left the mans equipment on when I test drove it, How do you get the Engine Hatch open to charge the Batteries ??? I feel kinda bad but only until I can get to the Batteries to load test them, Boat has been sitting for a Year ..

I've never tried it, but a charger plugged into the cigarette lighter might work.
