When I ran that boat, I swapped the 32 Pitch 4 blades. to spin out, it made the boat much more stable and picked up speed. I would make sure they are still spinning out. the boat will handle and ride much better.

My understanding is that Formula turns all their FASTechs out for stability, docking etc. If this boat is turned in I would think it was changed for the sake of gaining speed. The resulting instability may well be what SYDWAYZ said where maybe some more tab could help this out. Otherwise I would turn them out and expect a correction.
Mine are out and I'm glad of it at the dock even if I loose some speed. My TRS were bad at the dock so these outspin B1's are a blessing for control.

Put drives all the way in, shouldn't need tabs unless shallow. Do you have indicators and do they work properly?
My 353 is very sensitive to tabs, I try not to use them unless in quartering seas. Use the drives to set the attitude.
The drives doen't always go up and down at the same speed, if using the throttle contol it may lift one at a different speed than the other - I choose not to use it for that reason. I like it to drop the drives for a big wake, otherwise its a crap shoot especiall if you don't have indicators.
