For those interested here’s the full specs of the boat.
1988 formula 272 sr1
twin Chevy 350’s and alpha ones
one is newer center bolt valve covers the other older 4 bolt.
All the vinyl is intact but has some sun fade.
The passenger bolster seat is missing the bottom cushion
both bolster support shocks need rebuilt. One won’t hold weight at all and the other fades down.
both motors are closed cooling system but are locked. No big deal for me, 350’s I can rebuild and machine them in my sleep and from the look of the bore scope there just moisture locked with some minor rust in the cylinders. Pulling and tearing them down in the next week so I’ll confirm than.
transom feels solid but I’ll confirm when I pull the transom assemblies off and the stringers are solid.

Plans are are to restore the boat to her former glory. No crazy mods or changes just some minor updates like sound system and some navigations electronics. Rebuilding the 350’s and alpha ones to stock form. Than just run the boat the way she was meant to be run. I’ll be starting a separate build thread for it tomorrow hopefully.
