Bouncing around, was this at idle or the "all in" setting or both.
If at idle around 800-900 that module seems to be transitioning, mine did the same until I idled it down to about 700 rpm.then it leveled out.
Again it is the "All-In" that is most important spec says 32*. about 4000 rpm

I will check into it more this weekend in the driveway. I will find a car to test the timing light on. Really want to get this engine dialed in then figure out the water in bilge. I hate things that I can’t figure out. I’m very persistent. Lol

I’m a transom leak guru. Places to look top working your way down...
1. Top steering pin.
2. Raw water inlet (make sure hose is on tight)
3. Shift bellows
4. U joint bellows
5. Y-pipe o ring
6. Trim block gasket
7. Main o-ring
my recommendation is to get a boroscope and try to determine if leak is high or low. Based on where it’s coming from check my list above. Those are the only places it can come from if it’s transom assembly.
