Thank you guys. I bought it new in 2000 and have always wanted to post some pics but never got around to it. Now that i have to have a shoulder replacement I don't have anything better to do. Formula used the F2 Kevlar hull, blue printed it, and put a full cockpit and interior in it. It was never a race boat. To help keep the weight down I went with a Port-a-Potty with dock side pump out, no refrigerator, but had them make a storage compartment in its place. I still have the new refrigerator, it's never been out of the box. It does have A/C, and the TV but no generator. I bought it all white and had this paint job put on it when it was new. We did a lot of one off
things when it was being built. I had bought a new 1998 382 and made a lot of improvements to this one.
It came with the 500 HPs. They have been freshened up by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering in Decatur IN.
I have always kept it indoors year round.
Again, thank you for your comments.

Beautiful 382 Kevlar! I'm just curious, since it's never been a race boat, why not install the refrigerator to keep the beer nice and cold?

The boat has hit 83.4 mph. Most of the time it is about an 80-81 mph boat. I spend a lot more time running a 46 Skater with 1350s and a 50 Cigarette than the Formula so speed has never been that important in the 382.
I don't get many chances to use it anymore but still love it. As far as the refrigerator goes I like using a cooler better. Seems like everything moves around to much in the frig. Because most people would want it I kept it so when I sell it someday it will go with it. The screws that hold the storage compartment in are the same as the frig and the wiring is already in for it. A very quick switch.

One thing that I feel has been a big improvement to the boat is the 380 trim tabs. If you don't have boxes you would have to trim a lot of them off, but with the boxes I just had to take a little off the corner. They really improved the boat.
