I say try it. I just don’t grasp how extra holes in a thermostat that is wide open at 190* is going to make any difference. I understand that it will provide flow to the exhaust before the thermostat opens but that isn’t when you’re having trouble. It’s after a hard run coming back to idle speed, correct?
