Oil change and filter 87 7.4 V8

Hi
Looking for the easiest way to change the oil on our 87 242ls 7.4 V8. The manuel calls for a straight weight 40 SF oil. I don’t know if that’s changed over time. I can’t find the oil filter size or fuel/ water separator size. Any info would be appreciated.

I dont have filter numbers. I just match them up. But I run 15w-40 rotella in my engines.
