That is a nice looking column. Is that black base it’s attached to your fabrication? I’m wondering how work I’d have to do to install. Also..... how many turns of the wheel from lock to lock?

sorry just seeing this. The black base is Formula factory Fiberglass and black gell over plywood. In my installation, I had to slightly enlarge the center hole and drill new holes for the Allen thru bolts. The helm is 6 full turns from lock to lock if I remember right. I will repost if that’s not correct.

What is the pressure rating of the hydraulic hoses you are using on the full hydraulic steering?

I believe the pressure rating for the Aeroquip hose that Latham specs for their systems is 2000 PSI or thereabouts.
