Default SR1 - 40 amp “Electronics Main” breaker?

This one is under the rear bench. What does it do? Mine is tripped and won’t play right, but everything in the boat is working, both 12V and 120V.

Wire coloring is Red/White/Blue (10 AWG). I do not recall seeing this wire when I was redoing the dash. The wiring schematic shows it going into the W (white taped) harness connector in the bilge. From there, the diagram is vague.

Anyway, it wants to stay tripped. Any ideas of what this circuit is powering?

TIA
