Smile Fastech Composite Grid

Hello. Is the grid system in the formula fastechs solely made from composite and not wood? I realize the transom is wood. I had read some posts on another thread as to where there was some wood. The post referred to Glass Dave who I know does a lot of work on boats. Just wondering what everyone’s experience with this is.

No wood in the stringer system on Fastechs. There is only wood in the transom.

There is some information here: https://www.formulaboats.com/wp-cont...h-Brochure.pdf

well not completely correct. Wood transom and 4X4 blocks where the engine sits on the stringers. The through bolts compress the fiberglass so the wood in in there to squeeze......thats all folks
