hydraulic adjust under bolster leaking
Hey guys,
I have noticed that the McLeod bolster in my 272 was not staying up for seated driving and saw that the hydraulic shock beneath the seat was leaking fluid causing the shock to stay in the half extended position.
Has anyone experienced this or replaced the hydraulic shock beneath their bolsters. Thanks for your time and suggestions on fixing my problem.

Originals came from,
P.L. Porter
6355 DeSoto Drive
Woodland Hills , Ca 91367-2687
PH> 818 884 7260
Part number LL26000-12 Hydrolok
I just replaced one of mine. Cost about $180 BUT they will rebuild yours for $45 BUT there is a minimum service charge of $75 , so get both done for $90
My pass side would stay up and my wife usually sits. Mine wouldn't stay down and I usually stand . So I replaced hers and will get two rebuilt and have a spare

I realize this is a very VERY old post, but I noted that you mentioned purchasing 2 of the LL2600-12 parts from PL Porter, and was wondering if there's any chance at all you still have one? If so, and you would be willing to sell it, please let me know how much you want! Thanks for taking time to read this message!
