Here is my 1980 f20 project I have been working on for the last 5 yrs It was a project boat they called a mechanics special !! no engine and no inteerior to speak of so I found a 1998 LT-1 375 hp sbc and installed it soon to realize this boat needed way more power to hang with the crowd I boat with on her best day it would hit 56 mph So out came the sbc and in went a 468 bbc with all kinds of goodies to the tune of 500 hp and now we start to break parts !! lol all because it's an alpha drive and not a bravo. So I find a co. that makes super tough alphas and stop breaking outdrives.. :-) now we can run 68 mph but it's a scary 68 mph cause the 1980 out drive location is really low. So out comes the engine and drive to relocate the drive in the transom for a more user friendly X dimension and a happier boat at 70 mph her name is ANACONDA and she has been a lobor of love http://p7240015jpg [IMG]

I've posted some before, but couldn't resist these two from the NJPPC Chesapeake Rendezvous last week. Even though they are shot through a canopy, they capture the day well.
