Thanks! The installation was pretty easy, and dropping the ST removed significant weight from the stern. I was able to install the platform by myself.

I’m putting a full Latham system on it now. I should have it finished this coming week, if the weather cooperates.

I just installed a Mayfair full kit on my boat and the difference is drastic. Drives like a Caddy Eldorado. Only gripe is my factory wheel didn’t mount on the new helm.

My factory wheel fits, but I’m using this one with a billet hub that I had from my 242.

And this is the mounting plate that I made for the dash. It looks really nice installed on the boat. The one shot was just the mockup. I ended up not using the ring, and went with hex head bolts for everything. Sucks I didn't get a picture yesterday because it turned out great!
