Hi Wes-

We had a good trip back, we thought that we were going to run into snow but lucked out and had nice weather. Thanks for asking. The windsheild was easy to take off. All I had to do was unbolt the grab rails from the windsheild, remove the bottom black insert from the outside of the windsheild and remove the screws. It took about an hour to remove becasue I was being carefull not to break any thing because I am saving the windsheild. How is your boat search going?
