Default Anresons on an SR357

I got caught in a "hot" marina and electrolysis ate up my TRS drives. I'm a proud owner of two (2) ASD 6 dropbox Arnesons and a spare thrust tube.

Has anybody done this conversion? Anybody even thought about it and potential problems and benefits?

I postedf a picture og boat on it's way to Florida in reply to request ofr Formula pictures.

I'd sure aprreciate some feedback before I get too far into this jungle !!!

Can't tell you if it would work, but it sure would be cool!

Out of curiosity, was it electrolysis? Do you have a galvanic isolator in your shore power circuit Just wondering?

Also, that would be very cool to get those to work!

I saw one about four years ago down in Ft. Myers that had Arnesons. Don't know anything else but at least it has been done. Sorry not more help.

Talk to Arneson about it, they should know. I talked to them a few years ago about replacing the Kaamas on my 357 with ASD-6s. I decided to keep the Kaamas, but the people at Arneson were helpful and knew exactly what would be required.
