I have a 89 311 up for sale, I want to move up to a 419. Although its not a 33 persay, according to some of the other posters the older ones are 33'6 in length with the swim platform, mines in great shape, complete and ready to go, 502's EFI w/ Bravos and trailer, if your interested 410-746-0020 I have pics as well...Rob

Consider what type of boating you will be doing (day trips/ overnights). We had cruisers for many years and decided we wanted to cover more territory. I considered a "cross-breed" like the 330, but it just wasn't fast enough. Bought a 312 instead. We can make a longer run and still get back to the house to sleep in the bed! (3 young kids sleeping in a boat didn't work out real well either)

We spent a lot of time looking at the 330 SS at the Annapolis Boat Show. We may seriously consider getting one when our Sonic sells. Not sure if we will be able to handle going 50 mph though. Seems like a nice roomy boat, however we have not ridden in one yet.

Fyi, I Had A 2000 353 Fastech. Great Boat Had A Lot Of Fun, But Always Seemed To Have 6-8 People With Us And It Was Too Crowded. We Traded To A 370ss And Could Not Be Happier. Smoother Ride ,lots Of Room, A/c, Enclosure For Cold Weather Boating. A Great Boat. If I Had To Do It Again I Would Do 400ss.good Luck. We Bought From Randy Sweers At Fl.powerboats. Very Easy And Nice To Deal With.

Did ya try Sy for insurance?
Insurance very well may be the end of this industry. Unless people start to learn how to use what they own. Last year it seemed that there was a lot of issues with spin outs and what not. A lot of these boats are faster then a Formula but not many are as forgiving. We have yet to hear about anyone spinning out in a Fast Tech hull. They are designed to be nice smooth fast SAFE hulls. I would happily give up a few MPH for added safty to hopefully not get wet.

I've gotten great replys from Boat US as well, not to mention, they have tow service as part of their plan, and they are really the only ones that are stationed on water.
