I/we do all the time Chris. I'm 6'5" and am not complaining. We leave the filler cushions in alot and spend time below at night sitting around playing cards listening to tunes ect. No complaints. The 353 is a really good compromise between a reasonably low profile and usable space. One of the prime movers in my buying decision.
The 353 is a great compromiser in most all respects really.

Troutly.... slap a set of whipples on that 382 and then you've got it all!!! My partner did his last year.... absloutly made a new boat out it!! Runs mid to hi 80's at Lake Mead. The 382 really handles the higher speeds well...don't know about 353 at highr speeds?
