Yea, four (two pair) F-31 cruiser stickers (same font/appearance as the SR's), means to get two F-311's you have to cut and add a "1" from the second pair of F-31's.
That's the best I can do with it.

The way I figure it you could have the only F-311311 in the world. Or possibly a FF-311311. The possibilities are endless. Ya follow that or do you need Rip to translate? If ya don't get at those motors soon it ain't gonna matter much anyhow. Why do I feel when I see you in May at the pond that you'll be at the helm of the SS Budweiser pontoon boat?

Ya know, that pontoon life ain't all that bad. It's like a little floating apartment!!
