So you did some actual grunt work to the motor. Is 86gps what you got when it was stock. I would really like to get mine that high. How does the boat handle at that speed?
P.S. maaybe I can get more than 80 if I just start sayin No to people who always want a ride. Know what I mean? and only put like 30 gallons in it, and if it can be 60 degrees.

you mentioned supercharged 525 EFI's --- what exactly are the blowers and how much boost you talking here ??
tnothin --
stock was 80mph, on a good day -- you need 6-1/4 psi boost min. on fresh water to get 82 - 83 --- i was at 7 psi when i got 86.5 with about 80 gals fuel on flat water

So 80 right now stock is about right. I think I am gonna just do the pulley and the Chiller. And one more question for you: If I do these mods what prop do you think I should switch to and can I stay with my stock XR drive?
Thanks again for your help man.

We are having whipple superchargers installed. I am not for sure on the amount of boost since our dealer is doing all of the work.

i am going to guess 100.1 mph at 5-1/2 psi boost with those whipples --

from what i did with my motor, if you change your top pulley to one that is about 3/8" smaller in dia. you should expect about 2 psi more boost and a speed of 83mph (my guess).
--- XR drive, NO problem ---
if you go over 8 psi, you definitely need the chiller and you need to re-map you fuel system, and can expect speeds near 90 (from what i was told by Joey Griffiin)

I must say . Maybe a little more seat time dose help. At NYC I was in the throtles all day all types of seas and finished with everyone still on board and the boat running perfect. Leaving for Atlantic City poker run friday. What a country! If your boat dosen't scare you write the check!!!!
