the 29 is a low to mid 80 mph boat with the 575sci. The only thing you will have to work on is getting the boat on plane. I have a friend that has one and has tryed everything to get the boat to come on plane fast. My twin 35 comes out like a jet ski . and the 29 single is a LOT slower. Good luck with your new ride.

I don't care how fast it can go, just looking at the 575's does it for me!

I also had a 28 Maximus. It was a few hundred rpm lower than the B1 as well as top speed was down 4. The cruise speed was fantastic! 55-60 was 3500. The teeth all feel off the XZ after 3 hours and I'm not saying it was the prop but I had 30 hours on the B1 30 with no problems. I posted the rpm versus mph somehere?
I still got the prop but I want to try it on the 38 before I sell it which means I also need a 28 LH.
