Rick,
Can you tell me what paint was used on your old boat.I know it was base coat and clear.Also it does not look like he painted the white part,it looks like he just sanded ,painted graphics,and clear coated.Is this true.I'm thinking of painting the transom and swim platform area and I would need to blend into the sides.Any info would help a lot.

I don't know what he used but his name is Mac the knife in
Queensbury N.Y. He keeps a folder of all the info. I know he
would be happy to give you the info. Call him. I don't know the
# but information has it. If you have trouble,let me know. I'll
get his # for you. Whatever he used it has held up excellent.
As you know,I left the boat in the water and there are absolutly
no blisters in any paint that was below the water line.
