Has anyone put a Procharger on a 496 in a 27? just wondering what kind of speeds you could expect and any problems that might pop up.

If its around an 04 or newer engine dont do it yet. If its earlier than an 04 you should be ok with low boost On that engine I would say around 3.5lbs or so max. The newer engines fuel systems & pistons are different & do not hold up well to the existing supercharger systems. No to mention there is no Procharger kit "off the shelf" for the 04 & up models of 496... J

It is an 03 with 30 hrs.

I should be able to put a kit together for you if you are interested. I would try to keep the boost low like 3-3.5lbs.
