He needs a nice low hour boat for around $ 50k

Nothing for that price, seriously if your friend wants a 2000 or newer he's needs to up the ante 15K Oh and if he wants a freash water boat he's going to pay a little more.

And just a heads up on low hours, the hour meter is unplugged by allot of people, to give you an estimate on hours I average 70 hours a summer, so if some one says its 4 years old with 20 hours I would think twice, look at the condition, anyone can replace a hour meter.

Here is one I would look at if I were him. both of these should be freash water, the one in KY has a 500efi that was about a 12K upgrade new

Thanks for the info. We plan to have a full survey done etc... and plug the ECM into the Merc tool for an hour reading.

I have a 2001 Twin 350 Mags. Runs 70 on GPS. Motors just refreshed ... 0 Hours. New interior, dash, guages, throttles, all exterior fittings , etc. Call me if your interested.
