Re: First runs in my 29
What kind of power in your 29? I can turn a labbed 28 to 82 gps with no rev issues. Are you turnning right or left?

Re: First runs in my 29
Single 525 LH rotation. The prop is a used one that Julie (throttle up) had laying around. It was labbed by Merc, not by them. One of the blades didn't look right anyways so it will go back when I get the stock non-labbed one in and start getting some base runs in. There was a lot of slip, that much I could tell. But hey, it beat sitting around, drinking beer and staring at a boat sitting in the driveway all weekend. :D

Boat looks sharp |
Re: First runs in my 29
It ran 78 today on a heavy load of fuel. If I stayed in it for a bit more time, might of squeezed out 79 or close to 80. A good labbed prop is in this boat's future :evilb: :evilb: :evilb:
