Default Won't start?

Went to put the boat in the water today. Turned the key engine cranks but no start. Not even a sputter. Hp500 with 80hrs, ran great 4months ago just before I took it in for winterizing. Checked for loose wires, fuses breakers etc and couldnt find anything out of place. Im sure im just missing something the mechanic did just before storage..any ideas?

Checked the coil wire and played with the dead man switch but still wouldnt fire. I am wondering if its getting fuel..I couldnt smell any.(yes I did fill the tank) Whats the best way to tell if you have spark? keep in mind i'll be by myself. One thing that keeps coming to mind is I had the shop reverse the gear lever..im running a RH prop and boat was set up to run a LH. Maybe the lever isnt reading like its in neutral?

Shouldnt crank at all if it's the shifter. Maybe your gas line shut off valve is in the off position? Also is ther a posibility that your kill switch is defective. I would put a little gas in the carb if it fires fuel is your issue. Good luck hope you find the problem.

Change the plugs. Sometimes when they fog the cylinders, it fouls the plugs.
