here is the scoop,
i spoke to by phone or email with bidders,
i explained its listed locally as i stated on ebay add,, and i will not sell for less than 125k,
i explained i could cancel auction etc but they didnt care, so i let it run..
3 bidders are interested and one may come look sunday,
1 bidder is from lake tahoe which makes it easy
1 from san jose
the 3rd one that was interested is back east and i dont know if they will pursue the deal,,
i have about 1 week left timewise and then i will have to put at our tahoe home,
got some action on it so will see what happens,

Best of luck with her. I know its a tough market right now and hopefully something works out for you. I thought that it was a Good deal at 125K. Let us know how it works out for you.

i have gotten to a point where i am not so concerned
if it sells great if not ok too,, i think i located a place to store it in lake tahoe if i end up keeping, Indoor storage has been hard to come by, did u buy a new boat?

I actually bought a smaller/cheaper boat and took the additional funds that I was planning on spending and bought two lake lots. I want to figure out what the boating market is going to do and wait till next year. Figured I'd let my money make some money with these lots. It's killing me not having a larger/faster Fountain, but we'll see what happens to the market first.
