Default cockpit cover

Can anyone tell me what the material might be that my cover is made of ? It is a real light weight material and almost feels like a heavy windbreaker and displaces water. It rolls up very small and does not take up the room of canvas or the weight. thanks.

I'm almost sure....100% Polyester 6 oz....

I bought a full mooring cover ( weighs 26#) of the same stuff my factory cockpit cover is.

Works great, lighweight, 100% water resistant.

It's might be Weblon -- does it have rip-stop like webbing in it?

It is like a material on the under side and almost a flexible supper light plastic on top.

Well every one that has looked at it has no idea, I need a new one so I guess I will try the sunbrella material. Any pros or cons on this?

Sunbrella too heavy. Get the lightweight kind like the factory issues.
