Dont get the burgandy, it's pretty dark (we have one) and wouldn't match the red on your boat. I'd say go with the red even though it's a tad brighter.

Maybe, the only black is really this one stripe on the sunpad. If I cant find the right red, than maybe a safe white will work best.

hard to clean. Get black, I've had mine for 10 yrs. You can get colored line in another color. My line is black also.

My opinion is red lines with black fenders, if the red is a little off you won't notice it as much just being the lines and you still get the red touch like you are wanting. However if the fenders don't match it will def be noticeable. Don't do white, they will look more off-white and have marks all over them after a couple seasons.
