Ok been alittle slow at posting our 2000 42 Lightning. We have been in the process since November doing a few updates. I hope this will get some of us through till summer.

Look no winshield

Nice boat. My Uncle bought that boat in either 2001 or 2002 with 22 hours on it. I actually picked the boat up from the dealer he bought it from. Was the air conditining ever put in? How many hours are on it now?

wow......when your done with that you'll be able to get a job at Fountain rigging boats!!

The young man in the pic is the air brush artist that did our dash. Keep an eye out for him he is going to be big. He one best in show this weekend on the motorcycle he painted this year.

Air is in it but don't work yet that will be a procect for this spring.

OOOOOk here the boat is outside with one coat of clear on. We are going to have a few more surprizes the end of the week but thus is what it looks like so far.

I think leaving the windshield off is good for atleast 3-5mph! :D Looks great, cant wait to see it finished. What are you doing with the arch?

The arch is going back on we love it. Makes us the boat people can pick out of a crowed.

Wow - that really looks daunting - she will be a beautiful boat when done. Keep us upto date with the pics - they really tell the story.

You jumped right in there with both feet. Are the amps being mounted behind the mirror above the sink on in front of it?

Well here is the update so far. I was gone for a week this is what Jessica my wife has been upto. I left the graphics up to her.
Brian has to come today and friday to finish the shadowing and lines. Hope to have the boat cleared on friday
