Louie,I just installed the same setup on our 05 42 Exec. Have been tweaking props for several months now. What kind of speed/RPM's are you getting? What props are you running? Also, what is your slip? Best speed I have go so far is right @ 100.00 on GPS but only @ 5450RPM's and about 17% slip....our dyno report made the most HP @ about 5750RPM's . Any feedback you could give would be great.

Very good questions, however Matt would be the one to ask.

Matt what's your input.

i have had pretty good success with hydromotives on the big fountains with bravos. p 5's 14 1/4 x 33 right around 5600 5700 with a 1:50 ratio should yield around 103.

Thanks for the info...my dumbass forgot to tell you that we are currently running Labed Hydro 34" P5x's with a one inch flared extension welded to the hub. Todd @ Hydro did this in order to reduce the slip. I also have a set of Non-Labed 33" P5x's that I am going to try this weekend to try and get the RPM's up. Also, I just orderd a set of IMCO 2" shorties and am having them installed next week. I'm hoping that the higher x-dimension with the shorties will allow me to run the 34" P5x's and get the RPM's back up to 5600-5700. This unsatiable need for 2-3 more MPH is a SICKNESS!!!! I love it!
