Default outdrive questoin

well i took the boat out for my first time on our maiced voyage, and i noticed that the outdrive had a steady drip of water last on the ground. this morning i got up to go see if it was still leaking and sure enough there it was. same steady drip... is that normal ? my old boat didnt leak water that long.

My experience is that my drive will drain water for quite a while afterwards. If you have the drives tilted up, it can take it longer to drip out. Next time, try lowering your drives when you get out of the water and it should drain a little faster.

Any water in the boat? Probably just water in the drive and the motor. Mine does it too.

Default twins One leaks One Does not

The water drips from one of my 2 outdrives?
The water may leave a wet spot on the ground for a day or so? The other outdrive dries up after a short time (couple hours). Twin 502's Brovo-1. My boat takes in a lot of water I think?

I would rather see water than gear oil dripping out

my drives have been up for a few days after being out of water and I will lower them and water will still come out, Should be normal. but check your bellows and make sure no water in boat.
