Default 42 non step how fast should it be?

How fast should a 42 flat bottom with 525sc's 8lbs of boost with super chillers, and bravo drives be? 70mph seems slow?

not far off probably, 70-73mph depending on fuel, air temp etc......just my guess.

Is this a twin for that low of a speed?

A buddy has a stock triple 525SC 42' that runs 94. Boat has the small steps.

Don't remember fer sure, but I think 30ish. Will try to remember to ask this weekend so you can go fast too!

My stock 1993 42 with twin HP525SC's ran 75mph/GPS....with those mods it should tickle 80.
