Default 10 meter w/o Engines

Asking for a friend, What would you pay for a 1986 10meter with no engines. The Hull has been survyed solid. TRS and Velvit drives that have been rebuilt with receipts to proove, I know the mechanic, it has been verified. Also exhaust system. The overall condition of the boat is, as far as asthetics is 6-7. Trailer is also included. Any thougths?
Thanks,
Jr.

Had a buddy purchase a 12 Meter 89 ready to go for 25k.

86 is still 21 years old for a boat that probaly sold for less than 100 new
