Dave P, can you shrink your signature down some so we all don't have to scroll wide for 2 min to read the posts?

Uh, no. The Enzo is a lot faster around the ring. Excellence magazine had a private test with both cars and Porsche stated that they had privately run the Carrera GT against the Enzo on the 'Ring, and the Carrera GT was quicker, but just barely. Porsche is also going to be a bit bias. The Z06 was almost 10 seconds behind both of them.

The new 600 hp Viper is right there as well.

Corvettes might not be anything exotic over there but it´s as exotic as a Ferrari over here and the following is strong(er)....
Maybe Finland but Europe in general. I lived in England for may years.

The corvette didn't run 12's either in 1961.

Yes, I saw the car in August. There's more to racing than top end.

There was even a bronze sign of it there.
So if you want to impress me start with a (Race) Porsche and their sounds handling and sofort.
I don't care to try and impress anyone. I just don't care.

You obviously aren't familair with Novitec then. There are also other tuners like Dimex etc...Point is there are plenty of tuners here for Ferrari's.

I think you should take up (family)sailing as it´s more inline with a Ferrari afficiando.
We are talking about sports car which takes handling, braking etc. Stay focused here.

I suugest you look at their race record in the 60's with those old cars.

Go to a real concours and you'll see every car known to mankind. There is huge corvette attendance but you wouldn't know that.

Then put Mika Salo there too (remember the hired gun that once raced something red too?).
Ivan Lendl as a racer is just as good as Teemu Selanne.
I Know you have a huge following of Ferraris.
Who´s Kimi Räikkönen then at least he RACES his Ferrari, we have a somewhat following too...
As a matter of fact I bumped into him this summer on a powerboat pier, funny guy.
I could care less about Shelton et all, I´ve wrenched on tracks like Talladega, Indianapolis Raceway Park etc..get the picture ?
I smell a lot of by someone trying real hard to impress here.

Now you a spelling coach? Shall I go back through your posts ? Glad you cleared that up for us all. Reminds me of the Miramar garbage you tried to pass off.

Ever heard of Spa-Francorschamp, Nurburgring or Targa Florio where the abovementioned Aqquintance of mine has the track record standing since 1970, with a PORSCHE?
You might also find Anderstorp,Keimola and especially Ahvenisto (which I´ve lapped and raced plenty) tracks equal to Laguna in profile.
Yes I'm very familiar with those tracks and guess what else? I have even owned REAL PORSCHES! Maybe next thread you can be an astronaut, a fighter pilot and a pro Boxer in between your movies you are making ?
