Looks like an old ad. They joined in '99, but but it didn't last long.
The race boats are about 5 years old too. Where did you see it?

The cat in those pics is one of the Fountain/Scism joint builds. Its a 42 that was powered with 900sc's and is now powered with 1100 sterlings. The boat has since had different graphic put on. As said those pics are probably five plus years old.
