Thats actually kind of a funny story......The first or second time I took the boat out for a cruise I'm just getting up to speed 75, 80, 85, I'm looking at the dash and see a fiant flicker on the oil gauge. I immediatley back the boat down and shut, the engine down. I'm looking all over the place, checking dipstick, looking for Blow by, etc., etc, and come up with nothing. Start the boat up again, get up to speed and see the same thing, faint blinking of the oil pressure light. I have to tell ya, felt like my stomach fell out my A$$hole. I whip it into my buddy Chambers dock and he being the engine master mind that he is, tells me to take off the sending unit and slap on a mechanical unit he just happens to have set-up in his shop. Approx. 10 minutes later Gary grabbed his dig. and we headed out to get a reading. Thankfully (THANK YOU GOD!!) I had a faulty sending unit. In addition to the oil guage he took the pic of the dash as well.....you know to check the voltage gauge
Thank god for friends that know how $hit works!

Default I don't think so!

There is a 24 at Tahoe that is probably faster. I think he runs mid 90's at 6200 ft elevation. That translates to well over 100 at sea level.

The name of the boat is Skip Along!

The owner of Skip Along has a nuts the size of softballs! It gets a little hairy in the 90's. I'm not sure if I would want to see over a buck...........well maybe.

Yeah.....I've been hearing that rumor for a few years now. I guess the owner doesn't bring it out much. Everytime he gets on it, rivets start popping out.

Ah yes, the elusive Blue Fin Kilo Boat. We heard them testing after dark in a secluded section of the canal. Word is it has the experimental quad brushless trolling motor set-up. We ran to catch a glimpse but had to take cover from the rivet heads being rapid fired into the woods.

So yes Need, you still are the man !
