My 1998 32 Fever has the 502's and will run 78 mph on the GPS with a full load of fuel and people any day of the week. I have seen a high of 84 GPS one time and that was a magical day. But, it is still on my GPS recall. I would say a single step 32 with 454/385 should run in the low to mid 70's with the right props.

I would think very high seventies, most of the 502 MPI boats seem to run low eighties.
Consider the source of the above post regarding the leaking/ sinking comment. These AT guys have been all over here banging away on that deal for some time now. You would be better off talking to someone who owns or has owned a 32 Fountain.

I owned a 32 with 502s and that boat would never see 80 or even close to it ever. 502 mag mpi boats do not run 84,83,82,81 and maybe not even 80. I think your gps is broken. Never in a million years will that boat see that number. Mercury 500hps maybe but not 502s. Lets be real.
