Anyone know What year the true 29 began comming equiped w a molded swim deck like the fever 27 ?

89 I think it was an option and standerd in 90. That is when the 27 became the 29

mines an 89 and it has a moulded platform as you can see in my avatar, Lofty has an 89 and it doesnt.

Yeah, but Fountain doesn't call mine a 29, who knows why. If it had a swin platform they would call it a 32.

I remember reading somewhere that boat manufacturers after a certain year had to state the LOA and not the running surface. So some models were re-named. (not just Fountains) But with Bajas having a bolt on swim platform, it's not part of the hull and therefore exempt from being included in the LOA. This is what I remember reading, on the Concept website I believe, in their history section I think. They had to re-name the 31 to the 32 to account for the platform because of some regulation.
