Default Speed rpms and pitch 27 Fever?????

I 'm getting ready to splash my 27 as soon as I can..I was just checking with Fountain valley to figure out what i should expect or compare notes with the boy's.

I'm runnin' a 502 between 5 and 600 HP on a non stepped 92 27.

Any experience like prop types and contrasting speed and rpm would be nice to know if anyone is so inclined..

I got a mach stern driver 15X25 4 blade. I heard they are not the best. Any info would be sweet.

I had a 502 pushing 670hp and I ran a 28 4 blade bravo. I was a stepped bottom and it ran 84 and cruised at 45, (3000rpm)

What RPM and gear ratio are you running. Bravo 1 will be hard to beat as an all around good wheel. Ran Hydromotive props on our stepped bottom 27. Box stock the Hydro was faster, cavitated more getting on plane. Best of both worlds get Brett at BBlades to lab a Bravo 1, once you figure out your RPMs and gear ratio.

I want to say the RPM's at WOT were 5600 - trimmed out to 3.5 on the gauge (I know that is not much trim but the boat liked it the best - and I like to live)

Hydromotive was hard to plane off and did not give enough bow lift. I had a 1:5:0 bravo one with the standard IMCO nose cone. All my props had the difuser ring on them as well.

Yup, my fever likes 3-3.5 (level) drive settings. I hear most like level-ish.
