Yea Right, his stock is a buck and a half. I do not think he could come up with the dollars. But stranger things have happened.

From what I can see Brunswick is not a holder of Fountain stock, at least not listed in any way whatsoever. According to SEC filings Brunswick has an Engine Supply Agreement with FPB, renewed now, that runs until 6/30/2011. Also a Purchase Right, with FPB and Reggie himself, that allows them to exercise the right to purchase stock, including that held personally by Reggie, to a total of 50.1%, this has been ammended/delayed from 7/1/2007 until 7/1/2012, which, the way I read it, means that Brunswick can not exercise this option until 2012. Total stock held by insiders is in the 53-54% range, based on listed insiders, it would appear that Reggie himself would be holding the majority of that.

Not being a wizzard at this myself, it would appear that Brunswick owns Zero % of Fountain Powerboats, at this point in time or in the past for that matter, though it does have an option to do so in 2012, and at this point Reggie Fountain controls the majority of FPB stock.

Maybe Marginmn can hop in here and add to this, or correct me if I am off on something.
