Have you ever thought about taking an inch or two off the skeg? Less parasitic drag, less stern lift=more bow lift
Does that PU feed both engines and innercoolers?

They were presented the same opportunity as you.......they just said "yes" and showed up to ride along. I'll keep you in the rotation for invites, one of these times you'll get away for some fun.

Skeg mods would only be done by Wilson Marine if they thought there was benefit to handling or stabilty. Speed will not come at the expense of handling or safety. Looking into having them blueprint the lowers just for the handling benefits.

There are two pick-ups, the stainless one at rear center and another thru-hull, centered as well about 8ft. forward of the transom. Forward pick-up is glassed through the center stringer of hull. Both pick-ups feed a single large sea strainer that supplies both engines and intercoolers.

Thanks for the info.
I sharpened my IMCO skeg and trimmed <1/16 off my through hull PU's and gained 2.5MPH.
Ken Warby trimmed off his rudder a bit and picked up even more MPH.
But....be safe!
