Steering wheel question

29 Fever,
Before you buy a new wheel, look at the Keith Eckert's, I saw them at the Boat show, they have them in purple, blue, yellow. I think they looked the best. Iodized wheel w/ palm grips. I talked to Bret May 386-446-0660 at KE. I will plan on getting a purple one for me, I am going to ask for it on my B-Day.

I love the dune buggy wheel. Put one on every boat I've owned. Not having to change it on my Fountian was just a bonus!

There is one in every crowd!
My 27 actully had a Momo and I switched it to a Dino when I went full hydraulic. At least the DB wheel is never out of killter like most other wheels and hydraulic steering. The Momo was much nicer, leather grip but I didn't like the black spokes.

Yes it is the white one.
Hydraulic steering doesn't return to the same place? Would that mean you can't get the contoured wheels? eg: the palm grips on the side? I like the look of those. I still don't know if I need a certain type of wheel to go with the hydraulics. I'm not buying a $200 steering wheel! Can you get the Fountain wheel in different colors? Anyone know the cost?

I just bought a Momo from Livorsi at the Miami show. The solid color one. Without the grips. I was told the same thing about Hydraulic steering. Not that I have it on my boat...yet. the wheel is shiny like the bezels. Looks real sweet. I got the matching hub to go with it.
