How is the battery jumper terminal on Fountain's terminated? In other words does the jumper connection pass through the battery switches or is it hardwired directly to the batts?

If I hook up a charger to the terminal it shows continuity to the battery when the selectors are set to off. I want to use that connection to hook up the charger.

Any ideas?
